PRIVACY
A straightforward privacy notice.
Effective September 13, 2026. This notice applies to the HiperFusion Civic Access website.
Who operates this website
HiperFusion provides the services described on this website and handles inquiries received through its configured contact channels.
Information you choose to provide
The audit-request form asks for your name, organization, work email, current website, organization type, primary need, timeline, and consent. Phone and message are optional. We use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and maintain the associated business correspondence. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential records through this form.
When the form is labeled unavailable, its fields are disabled and it does not submit or collect your information.
Website visits and storage
This site uses first-party, cookie-free conversion measurement. We count audit requests only after the email provider accepts them, and count clicks on scheduling links by page and UTC day. A click is not a confirmed appointment. Conversion counts contain no names, email addresses, form contents, visitor identifiers, or full referring URLs. Counts are retained for up to 13 months. Booking-click measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals; blockers or network failures can prevent recording. No advertising trackers or marketing cookies are used. Temporary keyed IP hashes protect the event endpoint against abuse and expire within one hour. The site itself does not store visitor information in browser local storage. Hosting and network infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the website.
Service providers and external links
Audit requests are sent through Zoho Mail to accessibility@hiperfusion.com for HiperFusion to review. The email includes the details and consent you submit. Our server retains a submission reference and email acceptance status for up to 30 days; if delivery cannot be confirmed, it also retains your request for review during that period. Rate-limit records use a keyed hash of your IP address and are retained for up to one hour. Expired server records are removed during regular maintenance. Email correspondence follows the retention practices described below. If scheduling is enabled, that provider processes information needed to arrange the call. External portfolio and scheduling websites have their own privacy practices. Following a link takes you to that provider’s site.
Retention and requests
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask about your inquiry information or request correction or deletion, subject to obligations that require retention.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions, use the current contact options at HiperFusion. This notice will be updated when the site’s information practices change.
